what is the best 3-7 day colon cleanse? I havent done one before but i have a hard time taking pills without food. I am looking to do this so i can start a exercise routine after wards.I am also looking for the cheapest but one that works well

You don’t need all that crap (no pun intended). It is essentially a laxative with some very unhelpful herbs thrown in to give it a natural appeal. A colon can be clean with a simple laxative.

I have a special event coming up in late July that I need to look great for. Should I do a full body cleanse this coming week and workout really hard for a month or should I do it vise versa by working out really hard for a month and then cleansing the week before my event?! Thanks.

Cleansing is a waste of time and an unhealthy thing to do according the health experts.

Detox dieting is a myth. There is no diet which will cause your body to get rid of toxins, heavy metals, poisonous by-products from smoking, drugs, etc. And cleanses for the purpose of weight loss don’t work because they can only eliminate water and small amounts of waste which the body will be replaced very quickly.

The way to detox is to stop ingesting toxins and let your body cleanse itself naturally. If you have, for example, THC in your blood from smoking pot, there is no food, no flush, no purge, no cleanse that will make it go away. Your body will catabolize or excrete it naturally given sufficient time. The best diet for all normal adults hasn’t changed. It is still a varied, balanced, nutritious, and properly apportioned diet of high quality foods.

well acai berry is a well known products but lately has been having a ton of bad complaints. as far as mixing the two, i dont think its a good idea. You can find supplements like these that is a all in one colon cleansing and weight loss. I use nature cleanse and its working well for me. i also work out while i use them which can help benefit the results. i have lost 10 pounds so far and i started two weeks ago. what happens is with all of these supplements they can take about a day or two to circulate through your system them you may go to the bathroom a bit more then normal for a day but that will regulate. usually mixing supplements like your wanting to do will make you go to the bathroom a lot and once you do it enough your body starts loosing nutrients. i baught mine from http://www.nature-cleanse.webs.com and no i have not had any bad side affects. you should really be careful about which ones you choose and maybe ask a doctor first if you want to. take them as directed and read up on what your taking. i hope this helps you out and good luck.

Get a bar of soap, cut a piece off about in the shape of a suppository, and up ya go. It burns but it’ll get the lower part of the job done. Laxatives can also be used to help clear your pipes. Enemas are also an idea.
