Do I do both total body cleanser & colon cleanser?

Question by : Do I do both total body cleanser & colon cleanser?
If I used GNC’s complete body cleanser, should I now use a colon cleanser because it didn’t specifically say it cleansed the colon?

dont use gnc go to a health food store and ask somebody who works there……..or look at this one drnatrua.com….its best to do it with a friend or two
